To ensure efficient scheduling and proper allocation of time dedicated to each client, the following cancellation terms shall apply:

• Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment: 100% of the session fee shall be charged.
• Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled appointment: 80% of the session fee shall be charged.
• Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled appointment: 50% of the session fee shall be charged.
• Cancellations made with more than seventy-two (72) hours prior notice: 10% of the session fee shall be charged.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests submitted seventy-two (72) hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment: an administrative fee equal to 10% of the session fee shall be charged, in addition to the cost of the session.
• Rescheduling requests submitted more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled appointment: an administrative fee equal to 5% of the session fee shall be charged.

Practitioner Unavailability

In the unlikely event that the practitioner is unable to attend the scheduled session due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the client shall be offered a rescheduling of the session at no additional charge. No penalties or administrative fees shall apply in such cases.

Clients are required to notify any cancellation or request for rescheduling in a timely manner in order to facilitate efficient appointment management.

You will be sent a questionnaire, we highly recommend you complete it before the actual treatment. Your session will begin with a conversation with your practitioner to confirm your goals and answer any outstanding questions before the treatment.

After the treatment, there will be time to discuss sensations, feelings, and any questions you may have.

The session will start with a brief chat about your goals. Then the energetic treatment will begin. In most cases you will be asked to lay down and close your eyes. During the treatment there is nothing expected from you, this is your time to receive. After the treatment is done, if needed, there will be time to assess the session and discuss feelings and sensations.
