Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. To ensure efficient scheduling and proper allocation of time dedicated to each client, the following terms shall apply:
Cancellations
Where a cancellation entitles the client to a partial refund under the terms below, the refund shall be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
- Cancellations made with more than seventy-two (72) hours' notice: 10% of the session fee shall be retained; the remaining 90% shall be refunded.
- Cancellations made between forty-eight (48) and seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% of the session fee shall be retained; the remaining 50% shall be refunded.
- Cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment: 80% of the session fee shall be retained; the remaining 20% shall be refunded.
- Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, and failures to attend a scheduled session (no-shows): 100% of the session fee shall be retained; no refund shall be issued.
Rescheduling
- More than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment: sessions may be rescheduled free of charge using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
- Within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment: rescheduling is no longer available. The session may be attended as scheduled, or cancelled subject to the cancellation terms above.
Practitioner Unavailability
In the unlikely event that the practitioner is unable to attend the scheduled session due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the client shall be offered a rescheduled session at no additional charge, or a full refund. No penalties or fees shall apply in such cases.
Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule as early as possible in order to facilitate efficient appointment management.
